The problem:
Telephoto lenses for technical cameras have always been a dilemma for photographers.
They are essential for photographing from afar when you cannot physically get closer, yet the long tube, rigid extension box, spacer, duplicates of them can quickly take up valuable space in a camera bag and add extra weight.
The solution:
A versatile, modular system designed to utilise popular Hasselblad extension tubes (cheap and readily available) to achieve infinity focus for a wide range of lenses, 80mm and longer, subject to flange distance.
The benefits:
- No need to mount each long lens you wish to carry, a HUGE saving for Alpa users
- You can adapt any 500 series / V mount lenses as a bonus, such as superachromat
- No more bulky camera bag to carry, one system fits them all
- Possible use with other techical cameras via Hasselblad V adapter, need to check lens flange distance to ensure infinity focus.
- Use large format lenses on all Hasselblad 500 series cameras
